中英規(guī)范鋼管混凝土柱設(shè)計方法的對比研究

[摘要]基于中國規(guī)范和英國規(guī)范中的相關(guān)規(guī)定,結(jié)合斯里蘭卡南部馬特勒-卡塔拉伽馬鐵路工程中站房風(fēng)雨棚設(shè)計實例,對中英兩國鋼管混凝土柱的構(gòu)造要求及設(shè)計方法進行了比較。對比分析表明:中國規(guī)范可選用的鋼管強度等級種類較多,兩國規(guī)范對柱內(nèi)混凝土最低強度等級要求基本一致;對于風(fēng)荷載為主導(dǎo)可變荷載的開敞式建筑,按中國規(guī)范計算的荷載設(shè)計值較大;中國規(guī)范對立柱長細比的限制更嚴格,規(guī)定的鋼管徑厚比限值較大,因此按中國規(guī)范設(shè)計用鋼量較小,更為經(jīng)濟;按中國規(guī)范設(shè)計立柱的抗力效應(yīng)比小,安全性高。

Comparative study on concrete filled steel tubular column design  method of Chinese and British codes

Abstract:Based on relevant regulations in Chinese and British codes for concrete filled steel tubular column and combining the structure design for station platform canopy of Matara-Kataragama railway extension project in Sri Lanka, structural requirement and general design methodology were compared. Comparative analysis shows that: the range of steel strength specified in Chinese code is wider and the minimum cube strength requirement of concrete filled inside steel tubes is basically identical in both codes. The design loads calculated by Chinese code are higher for open-style architectures on which the wind load dominates. Slenderness ratio is more restrictive prescribed and the allowable ratio of steel tube′s external dimension to wall thickness is larger in Chinese code, therefore, steel quantity is lower and better economy is achieved if designed according to Chinese code. Moreover, the ratio of resistance to load effect calculated according to Chinese code is lower, therefore, Chinese code gives more safety margin against ultimate loads.
