[摘要]利用落錘沖擊試驗研究了鋼管混凝土組合結(jié)構(gòu)在兩次側(cè)向沖擊作用下的抗沖擊性能,分析了該組合結(jié)構(gòu)在側(cè)向沖擊下的變形機理,并獲取了鋼管混凝土試件在每次沖擊過程中的沖擊力時程曲線以及每次沖擊后的跨中整體彎曲變形和凹陷變形數(shù)據(jù)。試驗結(jié)果表明:鋼管及其壁厚對鋼管混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的抗沖擊能力和整體彎曲變形的大小有顯著影響;混凝土有效限制了結(jié)構(gòu)的凹陷變形。通過無量綱量吸能系數(shù),能夠量化衡量鋼管混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)在每次沖擊作用下的吸能能力。相比于的空鋼管,鋼-混凝土組合作用使得鋼管混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)在兩次沖擊荷載作用下顯示了良好的抗沖擊性能,即具有更小的整體彎曲和凹陷變形,以及很高的吸能能力。

Dynamic response of concrete-filled steel tubes under twice transverse impacts

Abstract:Drop hammer impact test was carried out on concrete-filled steel tubes to investigate the impact performance of this composite structure subjected to twice transverse impacts. The deformation mechanism of the composite tube was discussed and the impact force time history curves during each impact as well as the global bending deformation and the local indentation data after each impact for the composite specimens were obtained. The experimental results demonstrate that the steel tube and its thickness influence apparently the impact resistance and the global bending deformation of the composite tube; the concrete core restricts effectively the local indentation of the composite tube. A dimensionless energy absorption factor was used to quantify the energy absorption capacity of the concrete-filled steel tube during each impact. Compared to hollow steel tubes, concrete-filled steel tubes exhibit advanced impact performance with smaller global and local deformation but higher energy absorption capacity due to the steel-concrete composite effect.
