山地受限區(qū)域直線旋轉(zhuǎn)輸電角鋼塔轉(zhuǎn)換層承載力試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]為研究直線旋轉(zhuǎn)輸電角鋼塔轉(zhuǎn)換層結(jié)構(gòu)的承載能力,對該結(jié)構(gòu)足尺轉(zhuǎn)換層節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了承載力試驗(yàn)研究。以1個(gè)直線旋轉(zhuǎn)塔轉(zhuǎn)換層節(jié)點(diǎn)試件作為研究對象,通過足尺轉(zhuǎn)換層節(jié)點(diǎn)試件的承載力試驗(yàn),獲取其變形及應(yīng)變在荷載作用下的變化規(guī)律,研究直線旋轉(zhuǎn)塔轉(zhuǎn)換層的承載力和受力機(jī)理。研究表明:直線旋轉(zhuǎn)塔轉(zhuǎn)換層節(jié)點(diǎn)試件在荷載作用下的最不利位置出現(xiàn)在轉(zhuǎn)換層連接節(jié)點(diǎn)處;試件各桿件在試驗(yàn)荷載下處于彈性狀態(tài),其承載力性能和變形性能符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,有較好的安全儲備;轉(zhuǎn)換層剛度與整體試件剛度匹配較好,協(xié)同工作性能好。

Experimental study on load-bearing capacity of conversion layer of linear rotating transmission angle tower in restricted mountainous area

Abstract:In order to study the bearing capacity of the conversion layer structure of  linear rotating transmission angle tower, experimental study on the bearing capacity of the full-scale conversion layer node of the structure was carried out. Taking a specimen of a conversion layer node of a linear rotating tower as a research object, through the test of bearing capacity of a full-scale conversion layer node specimen, the variation laws of its deformation and strain under load were obtained to study the bearing capacity of the conversion layer of the linear rotating tower and stress mechanism. The research shows that the most unfavorable position of the specimen in the conversion tower of the linear rotating tower appears at the connection node of the conversion layer. The rods of the specimen are in the elastic state under the test load and the bearing capacity and deformation meet the design requirements,which has a good safety reserve. The stiffness of the conversion layer matches well with the stiffness of the whole test piece and the work performance is good.
