濟(jì)南東站落地拱屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)體系研究*

摘 要

[摘要]新建濟(jì)南東站屋蓋為復(fù)雜雙曲面落地拱結(jié)構(gòu)體系,最大跨度為156m,刷新了中國(guó)高鐵客站的結(jié)構(gòu)跨度。詳細(xì)介紹了該屋蓋的結(jié)構(gòu)布置、荷載作用、設(shè)防目標(biāo)、構(gòu)件截面以及體系特點(diǎn),分析了結(jié)構(gòu)的靜力特性、動(dòng)力特性以及整體穩(wěn)定性,對(duì)拱腳預(yù)應(yīng)力拉索、基礎(chǔ)剛度、屋蓋縱向剛度、節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究。研究結(jié)果表明:結(jié)構(gòu)體系傳力明確合理,主桁架拱以軸力為主,彎矩效應(yīng)較小。溫度對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的變形影響較大,施工階段極限溫差對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響較小。自振模態(tài)分析和屈曲分析表明結(jié)構(gòu)的整體剛度和穩(wěn)定性較好。拱腳拉索方案很好地解決了拱腳水平推力的問(wèn)題,關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)解決了受力復(fù)雜、匯交桿件較多的情況以及夾角較小的情況,實(shí)現(xiàn)了建筑構(gòu)想,該研究對(duì)以后高鐵客站的設(shè)計(jì)具有很好的借鑒意義。

Research on floor-type arch roof structure of Jinan East Railway Station

Abstract:The roof structure of newly-built Jinan East Railway Station is complex hyperboloid floor-type arch with the largest span of 156m, and it refreshes the structure span record of high-speed railway station in China. Structural layout, load effect, fortification object, member cross-section and structural characteristics were described in detail. The static characteristics, dynamic characteristics and global stability were analyzed, and the key technologies of prestressed cable, foundation stiffness, longitudinal stiffness and joint design were studied. The results show that, the force transmission is reasonable, and the axial force of main trusses is the major internal force with small bending moment effect. The temperature has a great effect on the deformation of the structure, and the effect of the limit difference in temperature is small at construction stage. The static mode analysis and buckling analysis show that the stiffness and stability of the structure is well. The modal analysis and buckling analysis show that the overall stiffness and stability of the structure are better. The arch foot cable scheme solves the problem of horizontal thrust of arch foot very well. The key node design solves the problems of complicated force, more joints and small angle, and realizes the architectural conception. This study has a good reference for the future design of high-speed railway station.
