［摘要］在不同齡期條件下，通過對兩組采用不同強度等級砂漿的30個混凝土小型空心砌塊砌體試件進行受壓力學(xué)性能試驗，并對試驗結(jié)果進行了比較和分析，研究了齡期對普通混凝土空心砌塊砌體構(gòu)件受壓力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)合以往的研究經(jīng)驗及本次試驗總結(jié)的規(guī)律，得出了對砌體結(jié)構(gòu)房屋的施工進度及施工荷載應(yīng)當加以控制的結(jié)論。通過探討齡期對混凝土空心砌塊砌體受壓性能的影響，為后續(xù)課題研究提供數(shù)據(jù)資料及理論支撐。

Abstract:Based on experiments of the mechanics performance of 30 test units with different period conditions which were divided into two groups with different mortar strength, the experimental results were analyzed and the influence of the ages on the compressive mechanics performance of concrete hollow block masonry  was studied. Combining with previous studies and the test results, suggestion was proposed that both construction schedule and working load should be controlled during the construction of masonry buildings.The purpose of studying the mechanics performance of concrete hollow block masonry was also to provide data and theoretical support to furthur research.
