[摘要]南寧江南萬達(dá)廣場(chǎng)B地塊住宅組團(tuán)的7棟32~34層住宅樓均為A級(jí)高度的部分框支剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)。各棟住宅樓的建筑平面均呈蝶形,不規(guī)則且超長,通過在每棟樓平面中部設(shè)防震縫將其結(jié)構(gòu)分為兩個(gè)單元以解決結(jié)構(gòu)抗扭剛度過弱等問題;防震縫兩側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)單元均呈Y字形平面,結(jié)構(gòu)均存在扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、平面凹凸不規(guī)則、厚板轉(zhuǎn)換和框支剪力墻等3項(xiàng)不規(guī)則項(xiàng),個(gè)別樓還存在局部夾層,7棟樓均屬于超限高層。以最具代表性的B7#樓為例介紹了設(shè)計(jì)中所采取的針對(duì)超限的計(jì)算及構(gòu)造措施,主要對(duì)主體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了小震彈性計(jì)算,靜力彈性時(shí)程分析,罕遇地震動(dòng)力彈塑性分析,并對(duì)關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件和厚板進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明,主體結(jié)構(gòu)能滿足規(guī)范要求,并能達(dá)到預(yù)期的抗震性能目標(biāo)。

Structural design of high-rise residential building with thick plate transfer

Abstract:Seven residential buildings with 32~34 floors in B plot of Nanning Jiangnan Wanda Plaza are all A-class high-rise buildings that adopt partial frame-supported shear wall structure. The problem of weak torsional stiffness caused by irregular and overlong butterfly pantograph was solved by divide the structure into two units with anti-seismic joints in the center of the plan. The structural elements on both sides of the joints are Y-shaped. There are three irregularities in the structure, including torsion irregularity, plane concavity and convexity irregularity, thick plate transfer and frame-supported shear wall. Some buildings also have local interlayer, and all seven buildings belong to out-of-code high-rise buildings. Taking the most representative B7# building as an example, the out-of-code calculation and construction measures in the design were introduced. Elastic calculation under frequent earthquake, static elastic time-history analysis and dynamic elastic-plastic analysis under rare earthquake were conducted on the main structure, and the key components and thick plate were analyzed. The results show that the main structure can meet the specification requirements and achieve the expected seismic performance objectives.
