[摘要]中行湖北分行辦公樓建筑總高度為239-9m,采用鋼管混凝土柱+鋼梁混合框架+鋼筋混凝土核心筒的混合結(jié)構(gòu)體系,核心筒剪力墻為整體結(jié)構(gòu)提供大部分的抗側(cè)剛度,筒體與樓蓋鋼梁之間采用鉸接,在15層、30層設(shè)置了伸臂桁架和帶狀桁架形成加強(qiáng)層。分析表明,結(jié)構(gòu)體系能滿足承載力、整體穩(wěn)定性、抗側(cè)力和變形的需求。結(jié)構(gòu)多項(xiàng)指標(biāo)超限,根據(jù)設(shè)定的抗震性能目標(biāo),針對(duì)不同重要性的構(gòu)件采取不同的性能水準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行了分析和設(shè)計(jì)。通過(guò)罕遇地震作用下的彈塑性時(shí)程分析,找出了結(jié)構(gòu)潛在的抗震薄弱部位和薄弱構(gòu)件,并提出了相應(yīng)的抗震加強(qiáng)措施。

Structural design on super-tall office building for Hubei Branch of Bank of China

Abstract:The tobal building height of the  office building for Hubei Branch of Bank of China is 239.9m, and it adopts composite structural system of concrete-filled steel tubular column, hybrid steel beam frame and reinforced concrete corewall. The corewall shear wall provides most of the lateral stiffness of the whole structure. The joint between the corewall and the steel beam of the floor is hinged. The 15th and 30th floors are reinforcement layers with outriggers and belt trusses. The analysis shows that the structural system can meet the requirements of bearing capacity, overall stability, lateral resistance and deformation. The multiple indicators of the structure are out-of-code. According to the set seismic performance targets, different performance levels were analyzed and designed for different importance components.Through the elastic\|plastic time-history analysis under the rare earthquakes, potential weak seismic locations and weak components were identified, and corresponding seismic strengthening measures were put forward.
