成都萬達城娛雪樂園大跨屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)體系研究

[摘要]結(jié)合特殊的建筑功能需求及建造的經(jīng)濟性,成都萬達城娛雪樂園屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)采用排架柱+立體管桁架結(jié)構(gòu)方案,立體管桁架采用倒三角形形式,最大跨度達174m,兩端通過抗震球支座連接于排架柱柱頂;為減小因支承點與桁架截面形心偏離產(chǎn)生的較大水平力,優(yōu)化桁架支承點的高度,支承屋蓋的排架柱截面高度達3m;為充分利用材料性能,柱截面采用工字形混凝土截面,垂直框架方向采用雙梁與排架柱連接形成框架;為確保簡化計算模型的準確性及合理性,選取典型單元進行實體模型及桿系模型受力對比研究。分析結(jié)果表明,簡化模擬的計算結(jié)果準確合理;連系桁架在減小下弦龍骨跨度的同時提高了立體桁架的冗余度,在防連續(xù)倒塌性能的提高方面得到體現(xiàn)。

Study on structural system of large-span roof of Chengdu Wanda Ski Resort Amusement Park

Abstract:Combining the special architectural function requirements and the economical construction, the roof structure of Chengdu Wanda Ski Resort Amusement Park adopts the bent column+three-dimensional tube truss structure scheme. The three-dimensional tube truss adopts the inverted triangle form with a maximum span of 174m and the two ends are connected at the top of the bent column through seismic ball bearings. To reduce the large horizontal force caused by the deviation of the support point from the centroid of the truss section, the height of the truss support point was optimized, and the height of the frame pillar supporting the roof is 3m. To make full use of  material properties, the column section adopted the I-shaped concrete section, and the vertical frame direction was connected by the double beam and the frame column to form the frame. To ensure the accuracy and rationality of the simplified calculation model, the typical units of the solid model and the linkage model were selected for stress comparison study. The analysis results show that the  simplified simulation is accurate and reasonable. The connecting truss can reduce the redundancy of the three-dimensional truss while reducing the span of the lower keel, and it is reflected in the improvement of the progressive collapse resistance.
