[摘要]桂林兩江國際機場T2航站樓屋蓋采用空間實腹拱支撐+單層殼體鋼結(jié)構(gòu)體系,中心區(qū)支撐拱最大跨度120m,為雙曲實腹拱,屋蓋殼體為雙曲面殼體,節(jié)點連接為剛接,節(jié)點形式復雜,通過簡化、標準化節(jié)點的構(gòu)造,采用以節(jié)點連接方式指導桿件定位的原則,再進行幾種節(jié)點連接方式的應力分析比較,確定了合理的節(jié)點連接形式,既便于制作安裝,又保證了節(jié)點受力性能,實現(xiàn)了建筑效果。

Roof steel joints design of Guilin Liangjiang International Airport T2 terminal building

Abstract:Guilin Liangjiang International Airport T2 terminal building adopts the spatial solid web arch support+single-layer shell steel structural system. The maximum span of the supporting arch in the central area is 120m. It is a hyperbolic solid web arch. The roof shell is a hyperbolic shell with rigid joints. The joints are complex. By simplifying and standarlizing the joints construction, the method of joint connecting was adopted as the principle to guide the component positioning, and then stress analysis and comparison of several joint modes were conducted to determine a reasonable joint form. This was convenient for fabrication and installation, and the mechanical performance of the joint was guaranteed, and the architectural effect was realized.
