［摘要］首創(chuàng)麗澤金融商務(wù)區(qū)F02和F03地塊的建筑是目前國內(nèi)采用非巖石天然地基的最高建筑。目前，建筑高度達(dá)到200m時(shí)，其基礎(chǔ)基本都采用樁基礎(chǔ)形式，但樁基不是唯一選擇。本工程的持力層為卵石層，在合理確定地基承載力的基礎(chǔ)上，通過采用變剛度調(diào)平設(shè)計(jì)和地基基礎(chǔ)協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)方法，使本工程3棟高度分別達(dá)到200，150，120m的塔樓均采用了天然地基上的筏板基礎(chǔ)。而且150，120m高的塔樓與5層高裙房之間取消了沉降后澆帶。本工程的地基基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)方法，可為類似工程提供參考。

Abstract:The buildings in F02 and F03 plots of Shou Chuang Lize Financial Business District are the highest buildings built on non-rock natural foundation in China. At present, pile foundation is commonly adopted when building height reaches 200m, but pile foundation is not the only choice. The bearing stratum of this project was cobble stratum. On the basis of rationally determining the bearing capacity of the foundation, the raft foundation on the natural foundation was adopted in the three towers whose heights reach 200m, 150m and 120m respectively by adopting variable stiffness leveling design and foundation cooperative design method. Moreover, the settlement post-cast strip was cancelled between the tower with 150m and 120m height and the 5-layer podium. The foundation design method of this project can provide reference for similar projects.
