[摘要]保利未來科技城北區(qū)項目為五塔連體的復(fù)雜超高層建筑工程,塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)高度96-7~140-0m不等。該工程地下共4層,地上各棟塔樓采用鋼筋混凝土框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系或者型鋼混凝土框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系,裙房采用鋼筋混凝土框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系。地上五棟塔樓通過滑動連接形成三個相對獨立的單體或者連體,其中A1-A2雙塔連體、A3單體、A4-A5雙塔連體均為超限高層結(jié)構(gòu)。詳細(xì)介紹了該項目的結(jié)構(gòu)特點及設(shè)縫情況,以A1-A2雙塔連體為例論述了結(jié)構(gòu)體系、超限情況、抗震性能目標(biāo)以及主要計算結(jié)果;同時研究了連接體豎向地震反應(yīng)的計算方法。結(jié)果表明結(jié)構(gòu)滿足相應(yīng)的性能目標(biāo)要求。

Structural design of super high-rise connective towers in north district of Poly Future Science and Technology City

Abstract:The north district project of Poly Future Science and Technology City is a complex super high-rise building with five towers connected. The height of towers ranges from 96-7m to 140m. The project has four floors underground. The upper towers are reinforced concrete frame-core tube structure system or steel-reinforced concrete frame-core tube structure system. The podium is reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure system. The five towers form three independent twin-tower unit or single-tower unit by sliding joints, of which A1-A2 twin-tower unit, A3 single-tower unit, A4-A5 twin-tower unit are all out-of-code high-rise structures. The structural characteristics and seismic joints were introduced in detail. The structure system, out-of-code conditions, seismic performance objectives and seismic calculation results were discussed by taking the A1-A2 twin-tower unit as an example. The calculation method of the vertical seismic response of the connection was studied. The results show that the structures meet the corresponding performance objective requirements.
