[摘要]廈門英藍國際金融中心T3塔樓為雙塔高位連體結(jié)構(gòu),地上37層,結(jié)構(gòu)高度166m,在30~37層設(shè)置7層連接體,連接體跨度約40m。對整體和分塔模型進行了地震動力響應(yīng)特性分析,由于連接體與塔樓相互影響,雙塔連體時結(jié)構(gòu)的扭轉(zhuǎn)效應(yīng)增加顯著,連接體上下層側(cè)向剛度突變明顯,連接體相關(guān)樓板應(yīng)力較大。通過罕遇地震彈塑性時程分析,對結(jié)構(gòu)的薄弱部位采取相應(yīng)的抗震加強措施。與反應(yīng)譜分析方法相比,采用彈性時程分析方法研究高位連體結(jié)構(gòu)的豎向地震作用效應(yīng)更安全可靠。通過風洞試驗研究復雜風環(huán)境作用下的高層建筑受力特性。

Analysis of twin-tower structure with high-position connection of Xiamen Yinglan International Financial Center

Abstract:The T3 tower building of Xiamen Yinglan International Financial Center is a twin-tower high-position connected structure with 37 floors above the ground and 166m in structural height. Seven-storey connector is installed on 30~37 floors with a span of about 40m. The dynamic response characteristics of the whole and single-tower models were analyzed. Because of the interaction between the connector and the tower, the torsion effect of the twin-tower connected structure increased significantly; the lateral stiffness of the upper and lower layers of the connector had obvious mutation; and the relevant slab stress of the connector was large. Through the elasto-plastic time-history analysis under rare earthquakes, the corresponding seismic strengthening measures were taken for the weak parts of the structure. Compared with the response spectrum analysis method, it was safer and more reliable to use the elastic time-history analysis method to study the vertical seismic effect of high-position connected structures. Through wind tunnel test, the mechanical characteristics of high-position connected buildings under complex wind environment were studied.
