焊接箱形截面軸心受壓構(gòu)件設(shè)計(jì)的控比算法

(中鋼集團(tuán)工程設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司,石家莊050020)[摘要]通過合理選擇箱形截面的參數(shù)比值(h/b,h/tw,b/t),導(dǎo)出截面特性的簡化表達(dá)式,進(jìn)而由軸心受壓構(gòu)件的穩(wěn)定條件導(dǎo)出構(gòu)件長細(xì)比λx的方程式,再利用λx方程的解計(jì)算出滿足穩(wěn)定性要求的截面尺寸,克服了試算法的缺點(diǎn),計(jì)算簡捷,經(jīng)濟(jì)合理。[關(guān)鍵詞]軸壓構(gòu)件;箱形截面;整體穩(wěn)定;局部穩(wěn)定;控比算法中圖分類號(hào):TU391文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2011)02-0059-06Ratio-control arithmetic of welded box-section design on axial compression membersDuan Shuxin(Sinosteel Engineering Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd., Shijiazhuang 050020, China)Abstract:Through the reasonable choice of parameter ratio about box-section, the simplified expression of section characteristic was deduced. The slenderness ratio λx equation was deduced according to the stabilization condition of axial compression members. Then the solution of the λx equation was used to calculate the section dimension to satisfy the stabilization demand.
