[摘要]空間曲線環(huán)梁是多跨等截面連續(xù)變標高混凝土梁,雖然外形美觀,但受力形態(tài)較復(fù)雜,在溫度和其他荷載作用下易產(chǎn)生較大拉力??臻g曲線環(huán)梁整體剛度不足,在梁中施加預(yù)應(yīng)力后,會出現(xiàn)較大的內(nèi)力重分布,對相鄰梁柱產(chǎn)生次彎矩,與傳統(tǒng)的直線預(yù)應(yīng)力梁或等標高預(yù)應(yīng)力環(huán)梁相比具有受力狀態(tài)復(fù)雜、內(nèi)力重分布較大、設(shè)計和施工難度較高等特點。以長春奧林匹克公園體育場頂部空間曲線預(yù)應(yīng)力環(huán)梁的設(shè)計為例,計算分析了空間曲線環(huán)梁在重力、溫度、預(yù)應(yīng)力等效荷載及屋蓋索膜結(jié)構(gòu)傳來的荷載等多種荷載組合下的最不利內(nèi)力,并考慮了空間曲線環(huán)梁在預(yù)應(yīng)力施工前、施工中、施工后的受力情況,分析預(yù)應(yīng)力在空間曲線環(huán)梁中的重分布。通過設(shè)置直線預(yù)應(yīng)力筋、曲線預(yù)應(yīng)力筋抵抗梁本身的軸拉力和彎矩,改善了受力狀態(tài),保證了空間曲線環(huán)梁具有適宜的剛度和抗裂性能,為空間曲線預(yù)應(yīng)力環(huán)梁的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計提供參考。

Stress analysis and prestress application of spatial curved ring beams of Changchun Olympic Park Stadium

Abstract:Spatial curved ring beams are multi-span concrete beams with constant cross-section and continuous variable elevations. Although they are beautiful in appearance, their mechanical forms are complex, and large tensile forces are easy to generate under temperature and other loads. The overall stiffness of spatial curved ring beams is insufficient. After applying prestress force in the beam, there is a large redistribution of internal force to produce secondary bending moments on the adjacent beams and columns. Compared with traditional linear prestressed beams or equal-elevation prestressed ring beams, spatial curved ring beams have more complicated mechanical state, larger redistribution of internal force, and higher difficulty in design and construction. Taking the design of the spatial curved prestressed ring beams at the top of Changchun Olympic Park Stadium as an example, the most unfavorable internal forces of the spatial curved ring beams were calculated and analyzed under the combined loads of gravity, temperature, prestress equivalent load and loads from cable-membrane structure roof. The calculation and analysis considered the mechanical conditions of the spatial curved ring beams before, under and after the prestressed construction, in order to analyze the redistribution of prestress in spatial curved ring beams. By installing linear and curved prestressed tendons to resist the axial tension and bending moment of the beams, the mechanical state was improved, and the suitable stiffness and crack resistance of the spatial curved prestressed ring beams were guaranteed, which provided a reference for the structural design of the spatial curved prestressed ring beams.
