冷彎薄壁軸壓柱畸變屈曲直接強(qiáng)度法和有效面積法對(duì)比分析

[摘要]澳洲/新西蘭規(guī)范采用直接強(qiáng)度法計(jì)算冷彎薄壁軸心受壓構(gòu)件畸變屈曲。我國(guó)《低層冷彎薄壁型鋼房屋建筑技術(shù)規(guī)程》(送審稿)(簡(jiǎn)稱中國(guó)規(guī)范)已經(jīng)通過(guò)了專家審查,該規(guī)程針對(duì)冷彎薄壁軸心受壓構(gòu)件,參考澳洲/新西蘭規(guī)范,提出了基于有效面積法的畸變屈曲計(jì)算公式。對(duì)軸壓柱畸變屈曲的直接強(qiáng)度法和有效面積法計(jì)算進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,闡明了有效面積法的進(jìn)步意義,并對(duì)中國(guó)規(guī)范提出了有關(guān)的建議。給出了用兩種方法計(jì)算的算例分析,可供設(shè)計(jì)研究參考。

Comparisons of DSM and EAM of distortional buckling of cold-formed thin-wall columns under axial pressure

Abstract:The Direct Strength Method (DSM) for cold-formed thin-wall steel members is available in the Australian/New Zealand standard. Chinese professional standard Technical specification for low-rise cold-formed thin-wall steel buildings (hereinafter referred to as Chinese standard) has passed the experts examination. Based on the Effective Area Method (EAM), the calculation formulas fitting for the distortional buckling of cold-formed thin-wall steel columns under axial pressure were raised by the Chinese standard which used the Australian/New Zealand standard as the reference. The calculation formulas of DSM and EAM were compared. A brief evaluation of positive meaning about the EAM was made. Some suggestions for the Chinese standard were presented. The calculating processes of DSM and EAM were displayed by an example which can give reference to the research and design.
