［摘要］介紹了一棟抗震設(shè)防烈度為8度的裝配整體式剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)高層住宅建筑的設(shè)計(jì)?；谛阅苣繕?biāo)的設(shè)計(jì)是裝配整體式混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的一種有效方法，預(yù)制構(gòu)件與現(xiàn)澆構(gòu)件不必一律采用等強(qiáng)連接的方式。為了發(fā)展裝配整體式混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)，應(yīng)加大力度開(kāi)展對(duì)其建筑體系、結(jié)構(gòu)抗震能力和抗震構(gòu)造措施等基礎(chǔ)性的研究和驗(yàn)證工作。

Abstract:Design of a precast reinforced concrete shear wall structure, which is a high-rise housing, was introduced. The seismic fortification intensity of the structure is 8 degree. Performance object-based design is an effective design method for assembled monolithic concrete structures. It is not necessary to use equal strength connecting between the cast-in site member and the precast member. In order to develop assembled monolithic concrete structures, it is necessary to put great effort to study the architecture systems, the seismic resistant capacity and the structure details.
