豎向鋼筋套筒漿錨連接的預制剪力墻抗震性能試驗

(1 清華大學土木工程安全與耐久教育部重點實驗室,北京 100084;2 北京萬科企業(yè)有限公司,北京 100125; 3 北京市城建技術開發(fā)中心,北京 100055)[摘要]為研究豎向鋼筋套筒漿錨連接的預制剪力墻的抗震性能,完成了5個剪跨比為2.25的剪力墻試件的擬靜力試驗,其中一個為現(xiàn)澆墻試件,兩個為全預制墻試件,兩個為采用豎向現(xiàn)澆帶連接的預制墻試件,預制墻的豎向鋼筋與地梁預留的豎向鋼筋采用套筒漿錨直接連接。試驗結果表明:套筒漿錨連接能夠有效傳遞豎向鋼筋的應力;預制墻試件的破壞形態(tài)與現(xiàn)澆墻試件的破壞形態(tài)相同,為鋼筋受拉屈服、混凝土受壓破壞;預制墻試件的剛度和耗能能力與現(xiàn)澆墻試件相當,極限位移角達1/59~1/48;預制墻的受壓承載力可采用現(xiàn)行規(guī)范計算;豎向現(xiàn)澆帶能將預制墻連接成整體,預制墻側面采用粗糙面的連接性能優(yōu)于鍵槽的連接性能。[關鍵詞]預制剪力墻; 套筒漿錨連接; 鍵槽; 粗糙面; 抗震性能; 擬靜力試驗中圖分類號:TU375文獻標識碼:A文章編號:1002-848X(2011)02-0001-06Tests on seismic behavior of pre-cast shear walls with vertical reinforcements spliced by grout sleevesQian Jiaru1, Peng Yuanyuan1, Zhang Jingming2, Qin Heng2,Li Jianshu2, Liu Guoquan2, Zhao Fengdong3, Li Lurong3(1 Key Laboratory of Civil Engineering Safety and Durability of China Education Ministry, Tsinghua University,Beijing 100084, China; 2 Beijing Wanke Co., Ltd., Beijing 100125, China; 3 Center of Construction Science &Technology, Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Beijing 100055, China)Abstract:To study seismic behavior of pre-cast reinforced concrete (RC) shear walls with vertical reinforcements spliced by grout sleeves, quasi-static tests of 5 shear wall specimens with shear span ratio of 2.25 were performed. Among them, one is cast-in-site RC wall specimen, two are full pre-cast wall specimens, other two are specimens of two pre-cast walls connected with a cast-in-site RC stripe. The vertical reinforcements of the pre-cast wall specimens are spliced by grout sleeves. The test results indicate that the stresses of the vertical reinforcements can be transferred effectively by grout sleeves. The failure mode of the pre-cast wall specimens is the same as that of the cast-in-site wall specimen, i.e., tensile yield of reinforcements and compressive failure of concrete. The stiffness and the energy dissipation capacity of the pre-cast wall specimens are similar with those of the cast-in-site wall specimen. The ultimate drift ratios of the pre-cast wall specimens are 1/59~1/48. The current code formulas are suitable for calculating the compressive strength of the pre-cast shear walls.
