受邊載作用樁的樁身涂層應(yīng)用研究

[摘要]由于樁土間的相對位移,樁身上會(huì)產(chǎn)生正摩擦和負(fù)摩阻力。工程中由于負(fù)摩阻力產(chǎn)生的下拉荷載不僅使樁豎向承載力減小,還會(huì)導(dǎo)致結(jié)構(gòu)物的不均勻沉降。鑒于此,提出了在樁身負(fù)摩阻力范圍內(nèi)加涂層的方法,并使用有限元程序ABAQUS驗(yàn)證了該方法的有效性。模型首先用來測試樁承受軸向荷載時(shí)樁的承載性能,在達(dá)到滿意的結(jié)果之后,再用來分析涂層分布范圍和涂層材料對樁身摩阻力的影響?;诜治鰯?shù)據(jù),作出相應(yīng)的圖表預(yù)測樁身摩阻力的變化,結(jié)果表明樁身涂層可以有效減小負(fù)摩阻力,提高樁的整體承載力。

Research on coating application of piles subjected to surcharge loading

Abstract:Depending on the relative movement of the pile-soil system, there will be positive and negative skin friction  on the piles shaft. In the engineering project, negative skin friction is the drag force that will reduce the vertical bearing capacity and cause differential settlement of the structure. Coating the piles shaft was applied, and the FE program ABAQUS was used to verify the validity. The numerical model was used to test the bearing performances of piles subjected to axial loading. Upon achieving satisfactory results, the model was then used to generate data for piles subjected to surcharge loading with coating or not, also the different distribution and different kinds of coating. Based on the results of the present investigation, design charts were presented to predict the change of skin friction. The results indicate that the coating is impactful to reduce the negative skin friction and improve the capacity.
