大型履帶吊機(jī)路基箱計(jì)算模型探討

［摘要］路基箱是大型履帶式起重機(jī)的重要配件，為了保障其安全工作，應(yīng)當(dāng)使用合理的計(jì)算模型對(duì)其進(jìn)行力學(xué)性能分析。利用ANSYS軟件分析了路基箱常用的三種計(jì)算模型，通過(guò)計(jì)算結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的比較，說(shuō)明了它們各自的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)，并給出不同計(jì)算模型具體的使用條件，供結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)人員參考。

Discussion on calculation models of welded grillage slabs of large scale crawler crane

Abstract:As an indispensable accessory,  welded grillage slabs should be analyzed with a reasonable and practical calculation model to guarantee the safe operation. Three kinds of regular calculation model of welded grillage slabs were analyzed using ANSYS program, and the respective advantages and disadvantages were described in detail by comparing calculation results and experimental data. Their specific using conditions were given for engineering practice.
