某高層剪力墻住宅結(jié)構(gòu)減震分析與設(shè)計*閆維明,王 瑾,張向東,蘇 亮,王維凝(北京工業(yè)大學(xué)工程抗震與結(jié)構(gòu)診治北京市重點實驗室,北京 100124)[摘要]將鉛剪切阻尼器應(yīng)用于某高層剪力墻住宅結(jié)構(gòu)的減震分析與設(shè)計中,經(jīng)過多次試算分析得到了阻尼器的優(yōu)化布置方案。小震下的彈性時程分析和大震下的靜力彈塑性分析結(jié)果表明,鉛剪切阻尼器的減震率達(dá)到了40%,可以使該結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震能力約提高1度。對布置阻尼器后的結(jié)構(gòu)豎向承載力進行了驗算,并對有關(guān)部位、附加剪力墻配筋和預(yù)埋件進行了設(shè)計。[關(guān)鍵詞] 耗能減震;剪力墻;住宅結(jié)構(gòu);鉛剪切阻尼器中圖分類號:TU318.83文獻標(biāo)識碼:A文章編號:1002-848X(2011)01-0059-04Energy dissipation analysis and design of a tall residential building with shear wallsYan Weiming, Wang Jin, Zhang Xiangdong, Su Liang, Wang Weining(Beijing Key Lab of Earthquake Engineering and Structural Retrofit, Beijing University of Technology, Beijing 100124, China)Abstract:The lead shear dampers were used in a tall residential building with shear walls to reduce the earthquake-induced vibration. The optimum positions and the amount of the dampers were determined through series calculations. The results of the linear time-history response analysis under frequent earthquakes and the non-linear static pushover analysis under rare earthquakes show that the responses of the building can be reduced by 40%.
