方鋼管混凝土柱-型鋼梁節(jié)點(diǎn)斷裂分析及延性節(jié)點(diǎn)研究*

方鋼管混凝土柱-型鋼梁節(jié)點(diǎn)斷裂分析及延性節(jié)點(diǎn)研究*王萬禎1, 2, 楊保證2, 顧 強(qiáng)3, 黃俊偉2(1 寧波大學(xué)建筑工程與環(huán)境學(xué)院,寧波 315211;2 蘭州理工大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院,蘭州 730050;3 蘇州科技學(xué)院土木工程學(xué)院,蘇州 215011)[摘要]運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)鋼橢球面屈服模型和橢球面斷裂模型,對梁柱節(jié)點(diǎn)試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬分析,得出了等效考慮焊接殘余應(yīng)力和焊接缺陷的對接焊縫斷裂因子CI的修正系數(shù)k。對方鋼管混凝土柱-型鋼梁節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了基于橢球面強(qiáng)度模型的數(shù)值模擬和斷裂分析,結(jié)果顯示:柱對梁的強(qiáng)約束使對接焊縫處應(yīng)力集中嚴(yán)重,該處的等效應(yīng)力和平均應(yīng)力幅值均較高,當(dāng)對接焊縫應(yīng)力場函數(shù)達(dá)到建議的橢球面斷裂準(zhǔn)則臨界值時(shí),該處發(fā)生斷裂。以結(jié)構(gòu)鋼橢球面斷裂模型為評判依據(jù),提出了降低對接焊縫等效應(yīng)力和平均應(yīng)力幅值(即提高節(jié)點(diǎn)延性)的構(gòu)造建議。[關(guān)鍵詞]鋼管混凝土柱-型鋼梁節(jié)點(diǎn);橢球面屈服模型;橢球面斷裂模型;等效應(yīng)力;平均應(yīng)力;斷裂中圖分類號:TU391文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A文章編號:1002-848X(2011)01-0026-04Fracture analysis and ductile joints of concrete filled squaresteel tube column-steel beam connectionsWang Wanzhen1, 2, Yang Baozheng2, Gu Qiang3, Huang Junwei2( 1 Faculty of Architectural, Civil Engineering and Environment, Ningbo University, Ningbo 315211,China;2 School of Civil Engineering, Lanzhou University of Technology, Lanzhou 730050, China;3 School of Civil Engineering, Suzhou University of Science and Technology, Suzhou 215011, China)Abstract:Using an elliptical yield model together with an elliptical fracture model, the correctional coefficient of fracture index was obtained to equivalently calculate the effects of residual stress and disfigurement through numerical simulation and fracture analysis of beam-column connection tests. The concrete filled square steel tube column-steel beam connections were numerical simulated and analyzed based on the elliptical yield model and the elliptical fracture model. Numerical results show that the strong constraint of column on the beam leads to high stress concentration in beam flange butt weld, where the equivalent stress and the average stress amplitude are high. The butt weld fractured when the stress function reached the ellipsoidal fracture critical value.
