[摘要]對混凝土表面做了不同尺寸和不同厚度的缺陷類型處理,進(jìn)行粘貼鋼板加固,利用沖擊彈性波的重復(fù)反射和在不同材質(zhì)內(nèi)波速的變化以及卓越周期的變化對試件質(zhì)量進(jìn)行了研究。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,在試件上可以檢測到面積在大于9cm2且厚度大于0-5mm的脫空缺陷的具體位置及尺寸,同時脫空厚度越大、面積越大的內(nèi)部缺陷越容易被檢測出。

Experimental study on quality of steel reinforced concrete measured by impact elastic wave method

Abstract:On the surface of the concrete, the defect types of different sizes and different thickness were treated, and the concrete was strengthened by bonded steel plate. The repeated reflection of the impact elastic wave, the change of the internal wave velocity in different materials and the change of the excellent period were used to study the quality of the specimen. The experimental results show that the specific location and size of the gap defects of above 9cm2 and more than 0-5mm can be detected on the specimen. The greater the thickness of the gap and the larger the area is, the more easy is to be detected.
