配置600MPa級(jí)高強(qiáng)鋼筋高韌性混凝土邊節(jié)點(diǎn)受力性能試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]通過(guò)對(duì)配置600MPa級(jí)高強(qiáng)鋼筋高韌性混凝土邊節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行低周往復(fù)荷載試驗(yàn),分析邊節(jié)點(diǎn)的破壞形態(tài)、剪力與轉(zhuǎn)角等,對(duì)比邊節(jié)點(diǎn)核心區(qū)混凝土應(yīng)變和箍筋應(yīng)變等受力性能指標(biāo),研究混凝土種類及剪壓比的變化對(duì)邊節(jié)點(diǎn)受力性能的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:減小配置600MPa級(jí)高強(qiáng)鋼筋高韌性混凝土邊節(jié)點(diǎn)的剪壓比可以改善其破壞形態(tài),降低其核心區(qū)剪切變形,但使節(jié)點(diǎn)的剪力降低。節(jié)點(diǎn)中澆筑高韌性混凝土可以顯著改善配置600MPa級(jí)高強(qiáng)鋼筋邊節(jié)點(diǎn)核心區(qū)的混凝土脫落,從而改善其破壞形態(tài),減小加載初期核心區(qū)的箍筋應(yīng)變,提高邊節(jié)點(diǎn)核心區(qū)混凝土的主拉應(yīng)變,降低邊節(jié)點(diǎn)核心區(qū)剪切變形;邊節(jié)點(diǎn)的平行受力方向的箍肢應(yīng)變明顯大于垂直受力方向的箍肢應(yīng)變。

Experimental research on mechanical behavior of exterior joint with 600MPa high strength steel reinforcement and high toughness concrete

Abstract:The low\|cyclic loading test was conducted on exterior joints with 600MPa high strength steel reinforcement and high toughness concrete to analyze the failure modes, shear forces, and rotation angles of the exterior joints. The stress performance indexes such as concrete strain and stirrup strain in the core region of the node were analyzed, to investigate the influence of the variation of concrete type and shear compression ratio on the mechanical behavior of exterior joints. The results show that reducing the shear compression ratio of exterior joints with 600MPa high strength steel reinforcement and high toughness concrete can improve its failure mode and reduce its shear deformation in the core region, but it can reduce the shear force at the nodes. The pouring of high toughness concrete in the nodes significantly improves the concrete shedding in the core region of the exterior joints with 600MPa high strength steel reinforcement and high toughness concrete, thereby improving the failure mode, reducing the strain of the stirrups in the core region during the initial loading, improving the main tensile strain of the concrete in the core region of the nodes, and reducing shear deformation of core region of exterior joints. The strain of the stirrup limb under the parallel force direction of the exterior joint specimen is obviously larger than that of the stirrup limb under the vertical force direction.
