[摘要]通過數(shù)值分析手段,建立了特高壓高壓并聯(lián)電抗器回路數(shù)值模型,運(yùn)用反應(yīng)譜分析方法,針對特高壓回路系統(tǒng)各參數(shù)對設(shè)備抗震性能的影響進(jìn)行綜合研究,分析了支架剛度、設(shè)備間距及設(shè)備間連接管母壁厚等參數(shù)對回路中設(shè)備抗震性能的影響,尋求有利于提高特高壓電氣設(shè)備抗震性能的回路系統(tǒng)各參數(shù)的最佳范圍。提出了頻率不低于7Hz的電氣設(shè)備支架設(shè)計原則。研究結(jié)果還表明,設(shè)備間距變化主要影響設(shè)備位移和金具與端子豎向受力,在滿足電氣設(shè)備工藝要求的前提下,回路中設(shè)備間距在5~9m時有利于提高設(shè)備的抗震性能。連接管母壁厚由10mm變?yōu)?mm后,對回路中設(shè)備的應(yīng)力影響小于4%,影響程度相對較小,說明此兩種型號的管母對設(shè)備地震響應(yīng)的改變不起控制作用,宜根據(jù)實(shí)際工程需要選擇合適的管母型號。

Optimization of seismic performance on UHV high voltage shunt reactor loop

Abstract:A numerical model of UHV high voltage shunt reactor loop was established and a comprehensive research on the influences of equipment seismic performances caused by various parameters in loop system was made by using response spectrum analysis method. Then the relationship between the seismic performance of equipment in loop and the parameters which contain the frame stiffness, span between equipment and the thickness of connecting tube bus etc. were analyzed. The best range of the parameters of the loop system which is helpful to improve the seismic performance of UHV electrical equipment was found. The design principle was proposed that the frequency of electrical equipment support is not less than 7Hz. The results show that the change of equipment spacing mainly affects the displacement of equipment and the vertical force of fittings and terminals. It is helpful to improve the seismic performance of the equipment that the equipment spacing is 5~9m under the condition of meeting the requirements of electrical function. When the thickness of connecting tube bus is changed from 10mm to 8mm, the effect of equipment stress in the loop is less than 4%. The degree of the influence is small, which shows that the two types of tube bus have no control of the seismic response of the equipment. Therefore, the appropriate type of tube bus should be selected according to the actual engineering requirements.
