蜂窩門式剛架Γ形節(jié)點(diǎn)受力性能研究

[摘要]采用ABAQUS有限元軟件對(duì)12個(gè)Γ形節(jié)點(diǎn)試件進(jìn)行低周往復(fù)荷載作用下的模擬,以研究Γ形節(jié)點(diǎn)不同擴(kuò)張比、節(jié)點(diǎn)連接形式、開孔距離等因素對(duì)試件的破壞形式、滯回性能、骨架曲線、剛度退化、延性性能、耗能性能、節(jié)點(diǎn)域承載力的影響規(guī)律,并且對(duì)其中的2個(gè)試件進(jìn)行了同條件試驗(yàn)研究,試驗(yàn)結(jié)果與模擬分析結(jié)果吻合較好。結(jié)果表明:隨著試件擴(kuò)張比的增加,試件的承載力和剛度增大,耗能能力和延性隨之降低;隨著開孔距離的增加,試件的承載力和剛度增大,耗能能力和延性也增大;端板豎放試件的承載力和剛度較端板平放試件要大,但端板平放試件的延性較端板豎放試件更好。

Research on mechanical performance of honeycomb portal frame Γ-shaped node

Abstract:ABAQUS finite element software was used to simulate the 12 Γ-shaped node specimens under low-cycle reciprocating loading to study the impacts of different expansion ratios, node forms and opening distance on failure modes, hysteresis performance, skeleton curve, stiffness degradation, ductility performance, energy dissipation performance, and the bearing capacity of the node domain. And two of the specimens were tested in the same conditions. The experimental results were in good agreement with the simulation analysis results. The results show that with the increase of specimen expansion ratio, the bearing capacity and stiffness of the specimen increase, and the energy dissipation capacity and ductility decrease. With the increase of the opening distance, the bearing capacity and stiffness of the specimen increase and the energy dissipation consumption ability and ductility increase. The bearing capacity and stiffness of the specimens placed vertically on the end plate are larger than those placed flatly on the end plate, but the ductility is worse.
