[摘要]貴陽花果園R1區(qū)7#樓(逸林酒店)項目采用型鋼混凝土斜交轉(zhuǎn)換柱,介紹了斜交轉(zhuǎn)換柱技術(shù)特點(diǎn)和施工工藝。運(yùn)用Tekla Structures軟件,采用施工過程模擬分析的方法對斜交轉(zhuǎn)換柱制作、安裝、鋼筋優(yōu)化及模板內(nèi)支撐加固等方面進(jìn)行了施工過程分析,提出了型鋼混凝土斜交轉(zhuǎn)換柱施工的幾點(diǎn)優(yōu)化建議,保證了型鋼混凝土斜交轉(zhuǎn)換柱的質(zhì)量,提高了施工效率和鋼結(jié)構(gòu)與土建部分的銜接效率,縮短了施工工期。

Study on key construction techniques of steel reinforced concrete inclined transfer columns

Abstract:Doubletree Hotel by Hilton in No. 7 building of Guiyang Huaguoyuan R1 District adopts steel reinforced concrete (SRC) inclined transfer columns. The technical characteristics and construction technique of inclined transfer columns were introduced. Using the Tekla Structures software, the construction process simulation analysis method was used to analyze the construction process of the production, installation, reinforcement of steel bar and the support and reinforcement in the formwork, and some optimization suggestions were put forward for the construction of the steel reinforced concrete inclined transfer columns, and the quality of the steel reinforced concrete inclined transfer columns was guaranteed, which improved the construction efficiency and the connection efficiency between the steel structure part and civil part, and shortened the construction period.
