矩形鋼管混凝土翼緣的H型蜂窩組合柱非線性屈曲性能研究*

[摘要]為研究矩形鋼管混凝土翼緣的H型蜂窩組合柱(STHCC)的整體穩(wěn)定性能,以套箍系數(shù)、試件長度、名義長細(xì)比、混凝土強度等級及截面尺寸為控制參數(shù),設(shè)計了30根不同參數(shù)的STHCC試件。基于簡化的鋼材本構(gòu)模型及考慮套箍效應(yīng)的混凝土非線性本構(gòu)模型,利用ABAQUS有限元軟件建立19根鋼管混凝土柱(CFST)的有限元模型,引入初始缺陷(特征值屈曲一階模態(tài)的1/1 000),開展試件的非線性屈曲分析,將有限元數(shù)值解與試驗數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對比,兩者吻合較好,驗證了有限元建模方法的合理性。基于此開展30根STHCC試件非線性屈曲分析,提取相應(yīng)的荷載-位移曲線,考察屈曲荷載隨套箍系數(shù)、試件長度、名義長細(xì)比、混凝土強度等級及截面尺寸的變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:套箍系數(shù)及試件長度對軸壓長柱的穩(wěn)定承載力影響更加明顯。最后,依據(jù)有限元數(shù)值解建立考慮初始缺陷情況下STHCC組合長柱的穩(wěn)定承載力計算表達(dá)式,提出該類軸壓長柱的設(shè)計方法與設(shè)計建議。

Nonlinear buckling analysis of H-type honeycombed composite column with rectangular concrete-filled steel tube flanges

Abstract:In order to study the overall stability of H-type honeycombed composite columns with rectangular concrete-filled steel tube flanges (STHCC), the hoop coefficient, the length of specimens, nominal slenderness ratio, the strength grades of concrete and sectional size were taken as the main parameters,30 STHCC specimens with different parameters were designed. Based on the simplified constitutive model of steel and nonlinear constitutive model of concrete considering hoop effect, the finite element model of 19 concrete-filled steel tube(CFST) specimens were established by ABAQUS, then the nonlinear buckling analysis was carried out by adding initial imperfection which is the 1/1 000 of the first mode of eigenvalue buckling analysis. Through comparing the finite element simulated and experimental results, both were in good agreement, so the rationality of the finite element model was verified. The nonlinear buckling analysis of 30 STHCC was carried out in the further and the curve of the buckling load and deformation were extracted. The variation rule of buckling load with the hoop coefficient, the length of specimens, the nominal slenderness ratio, the strength grades of concrete and the sectional size were investigated. Then, the results show that the influence of hoop coefficient and the length of the specimens on the stability bearing capacity are more obvious. Finally, the calculation formula for the nonlinear buckling load of  STHCC is established based on the finite element simulated results and the design method of this kind of long column under axial compression are presented.
