[摘要]地鐵上蓋建筑底部多為大柱網(wǎng)、大層高的軌道交通基地,上部為小開間、小層高的住宅或辦公樓,易在底部樓層形成剛度薄弱層??偨Y(jié)了此類建筑結(jié)構(gòu)設計特點,對部分國內(nèi)已建、在建地鐵上蓋建筑的結(jié)構(gòu)體系、轉(zhuǎn)換形式進行了統(tǒng)計,對因底部樓層剛度比不足而采取的措施進行統(tǒng)計與分類;在此基礎上對平臺上下層層剛度比不滿足規(guī)范要求的解決方案進行了討論和建議。提出了樓層側(cè)向剛度計算時應豎向分區(qū)段采用不同計算方法。在對底部框架結(jié)構(gòu)側(cè)向剛度影響因素的分析基礎上,對不同增加底層與上一層層間側(cè)向剛度比措施的有效性進行了分析和對比。結(jié)果表明,增加1層頂梁截面寬度或高度的措施基本無效;對1層柱加強的相關措施效果明顯,其中1層柱上下兩端加腋加強措施最為有效。

Research on lateral stiffness ratio control method for subway upper cover buildings

Abstract:The bottom of the subwayupper cover buildings is always a subwaydepot base with large column grid and a large story height. The upper part includes residential or office building with small opening and small story height, and it is easy to form a stiffness weak layer at the bottom floors. The design characteristics of this kind of building structure were summarized, and the structural systems and transformation forms of some subway upper cover buildings which are either under construction or finished in China were counted. The measures taken to solve the problem of insufficiency of the stiffness ratio of the bottom floor were counted and classified. On this basis, the discussion and suggestion were carried out for the problem of the stiffness ratio between the upper and lower layers on the platform which is not satisfied with the standard requirements. It was suggested that different calculation methods should be adopted in the vertical section of the floor when the lateral stiffness was calculated. On the basis of the analyses of the influence factors of the lateral stiffness of the bottom frame structure, the effectiveness of the measures to increase the lateral stiffness ratio between the bottom and the upper layer was analyzed and compared. The results show that the measures to increase the width or height of the cross section of the first story top beam are basically invalid, and the measures to strengthen the first story columns are obvious, and the measures of strengthening the upper and lower ends of the first story columns and strengthening the armpit are the most effective.
