壓水堆核電機(jī)組安全殼結(jié)構(gòu)自動(dòng)化監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)與應(yīng)用

[摘要]鑒于安全殼結(jié)構(gòu)全壽期安全監(jiān)測(cè)要求,針對(duì)目前壓水堆核電機(jī)組安全殼結(jié)構(gòu)原有測(cè)試系統(tǒng)存在的不足,通過(guò)自動(dòng)化技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)安全殼結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)混凝土變位、應(yīng)變、溫度等測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)時(shí)采集,建立了安全殼結(jié)構(gòu)全壽期安全監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)已在某在役壓水堆核電機(jī)組安全殼結(jié)構(gòu)中得到應(yīng)用,首次實(shí)現(xiàn)在安全殼結(jié)構(gòu)壓力試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中采集所有測(cè)點(diǎn)完整的響應(yīng)數(shù)據(jù)曲線(xiàn),提升了每個(gè)壓力平臺(tái)的工作效率。該系統(tǒng)既提升了監(jiān)測(cè)精度和時(shí)效,縮短大修關(guān)鍵路徑,又實(shí)現(xiàn)了安全殼結(jié)構(gòu)全壽期的監(jiān)測(cè)功能,為安全殼結(jié)構(gòu)安全評(píng)估提供了寶貴數(shù)據(jù)支撐。

Study and application of safety monitoring system for pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant containment

Abstract:According to the requirement of the safety monitoring of the pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant and aim at the deficiency of the original measurement system, an automatic monitoring system of the containment structure was established by collecting the data of strain, deformation and temperature of containment concrete, which are obtained by the automatic acquisition technique in real time. The system has been applied in the strength test of an in-service pressurized nuclear power plant containment structure. And the working effectiveness of each pressured platform was improved by realizing the acquisition of the complete response data curve of the measuring points for the first time. This system not only improves the monitoring accuracy and time effectiveness, shortens the inspection key path, but also perfects the containment monitoring system, and provides the invaluable data for the assessment of the concrete structure.
