[摘要]對壓水堆核電廠核安全相關(guān)混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的荷載和抗力進行了分析,利用一次二階矩方法計算了正常運行和事故工況下核安全相關(guān)混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)軸拉、軸壓、受彎、受剪及大偏心受壓構(gòu)件的可靠指標。綜合考慮國內(nèi)外不同結(jié)構(gòu)設計規(guī)范的目標可靠指標,提出了核安全相關(guān)混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)在正常運行和事故工況下的目標可靠指標。研究表明,核安全相關(guān)混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)正常運行工況的可靠指標為4-0~5-0;異常工況下的有條件可靠指標為3-0~4-0,無條件可靠指標為4-0~5-0。建議核安全相關(guān)混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)正常運行工況的目標可靠指標為4-7;異常工況的有條件目標可靠指標為3-7。

Reliability calibration of nuclear safety related concrete structures in pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant

Abstract:The load and resistance of nuclear safety related concrete structures in pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant were analyzed, and the reliability index of nuclear safety related concrete members subjected to axial tension, axial compression, bending, shear and large eccentric compression under normal operation and accident conditions were calibrated using First\|order Second Moment(FOSM) method. After comparison with the target reliability indexes in different design specifications for civil structure at home and abroad, the target reliability indexes of nuclear safety related concrete structures in normal operation and accident case were proposed. It is indicated that the target reliability indexes of nuclear safety related concrete structures are in the range of 4-0~5-0 for the normal operation case, 3-0~4-0 for accident case conditioned and 4-0~5-0 for unconditioned. The target reliability index of 4-7 for normal operation case and 3-7 for accident case are recommended for nuclear safety related concrete structures design.
