中美規(guī)范核電廠混凝土安全殼設(shè)計(jì)方法和安全度對(duì)比分析

[摘要]對(duì)中國(guó)規(guī)范NB/T 20303—2014與美國(guó)規(guī)范ACI 359-13混凝土安全殼的設(shè)計(jì)方法和安全度進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析。分析表明:中國(guó)規(guī)范NB/T 20303—2014與美國(guó)規(guī)范ACI 359-13考慮的設(shè)計(jì)工況、荷載組合及荷載系數(shù)基本是相同的;中國(guó)規(guī)范NB/T 20303—2014要求驗(yàn)算安全殼結(jié)構(gòu)施加預(yù)應(yīng)力前、整體性試驗(yàn)和正常運(yùn)行三種工況下混凝土應(yīng)力的容許值,按極限狀態(tài)方法計(jì)算需要的鋼筋面積;美國(guó)規(guī)范ACI 359-13分別驗(yàn)算使用荷載組合和乘系數(shù)荷載組合下混凝土的容許正應(yīng)力和容許剪應(yīng)力及鋼筋的容許應(yīng)力和容許應(yīng)變;中國(guó)規(guī)范NB/T 20012—2010鋼筋混凝土徑向抗剪的安全度比美國(guó)規(guī)范ACI 359-13保守,預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土抗剪的安全度與美國(guó)規(guī)范ACI 359-13的接近,外周抗剪的安全度比美國(guó)規(guī)范ACI 359-13的低,切向抗剪和抗扭切的安全度與美國(guó)規(guī)范ACI 359-13的接近。

Comparative study on design method and safety of concrete containment nuclear  power plant of Chinese and American codes

Abstract:A comparative study was conducted on the design method and safety of concrete containment of nuclear power plant of Chinese code NB/T 20303—2014 and American code ACI 359-13. It is revealed that the design conditions, load combinations and load factors are basically the same in  Chinese code NB/T 20303—2014 and American code ACI 359-13. In Chinese code NB/T 20303—2014, checking for the concrete stresses before prestressing, during the pressurization test and normal operation are required and quantification of reinforcements is based on limit state method. In American code ACI 359-13, checking for the  admissible normal and  shear stress of concrete,  admissible stress and strain  of steel under service and factored load combinations are specified. The radial shear capacity of the reinforced concrete  in Chinese code NB/T 20303—2014 is higher than American code ACI 359-13. The shear capacity of prestressed concrete is close in both codes. The spherical shear capacity  in Chinese code NB/T 20303—2014 is lower than American code ACI 359-13. The tangential and torsional shear capacity is close in both codes.
