[摘要]采用正交試驗(yàn)和區(qū)間分析法,對(duì)薄壁圓鋼管再生混凝土長(zhǎng)柱和短柱受力性能的敏感影響因素進(jìn)行研究,通過(guò)變化取代率、混凝土強(qiáng)度等級(jí)、長(zhǎng)細(xì)比和含鋼率等參數(shù),對(duì)柱的荷載-應(yīng)變、荷載-位移等關(guān)系曲線進(jìn)行了分析。分析結(jié)果表明:在試驗(yàn)長(zhǎng)細(xì)比范圍內(nèi),長(zhǎng)柱的失穩(wěn)破壞特征明顯。長(zhǎng)柱承載力影響因素的敏感程度依次為長(zhǎng)細(xì)比、含鋼率和取代率,長(zhǎng)細(xì)比為50、取代率為40%、含鋼率為11%時(shí),長(zhǎng)柱承載力最大,但當(dāng)長(zhǎng)細(xì)比為55、取代率為60%、含鋼率為11%時(shí),承載力只降低了5-2%??紤]到造價(jià)和再生混凝土的綜合利用,建議實(shí)際工程中保證承載力的前提下,長(zhǎng)細(xì)比可增加到55,取代率可增加到60%。短柱的破壞均為強(qiáng)度破壞,且混凝土強(qiáng)度等級(jí)越低、含鋼率越小、取代率越大,破壞特征越顯著。短柱承載力影響因素的敏感程度依次為含鋼率、混凝土強(qiáng)度等級(jí)和取代率,試驗(yàn)中混凝土強(qiáng)度等級(jí)C40、取代率30%、含鋼率7-7%為優(yōu)化組合,在實(shí)際工程中建議含鋼率不低于7-7%的前提下,取代率可增加到35%。

Analysis of sensitive factors of recycled concrete filled thin-walled circular steel tube columns based on interval function

Abstract:The orthogonal test and interval analysis method were used to study sensitive influence factors on the performance of recycled concrete filled thin-walled circular steel tube long columns and short columns. By changing the block substitution rate, strength of concrete, slenderness ratio and steel ratio, the load-strain curve and load-displacement curve of columns were analyzed. The results show that the instability and failure characteristics of the long column are obvious in the range of the test slenderness ratio. The slenderness ratio is the most sensitive factor to affect the bearing capacity of long composite columns, the next is the steel ratio and the last is the block substitution rate. When the slenderness ratio is 50, the block substitution rate is 40%, and the steel ratio is 11%, the bearing capacity of long composite columns is maximum. When the slenderness ratio is 55, the block substitution rate is 60%, and the steel ratio is 11%, the bearing capacity decreased by 5-2%.Considering the cost and the comprehensive utilization of recycled concrete, it is recommended that the slenderness ratio can be increased to 55 and the block substitution rate to 60% under the premise of ensuring the bearing capacity. The failure of short columns is strength failure and the failure is more significant when the strength of concrete is lower, the steel ratio is smaller and the block substitution rate is larger. The steel ratio is the most sensitive factor to affect the bearing capacity of short columns, the next is the strength of concrete, and the last is the block substitution rate. In the test, the recommended combination is that strength of concrete is C40, the block substitution is 30% and the steel ratio is 7-7%. The block substitution rate can be increased to 35% when the steel ratio is not less than 7-7%.
