DDC灰土擠密樁在濕陷性黃土地區(qū)大型鋼儲罐工程中的應(yīng)用

(南京工程學(xué)院建筑工程學(xué)院,南京 211167)[摘要]結(jié)合濕陷性黃土地區(qū)某大型鋼儲罐工程,從加固機(jī)理、受力特性、承載力和沉降計(jì)算等方面對孔內(nèi)深層強(qiáng)夯(DDC)灰土擠密樁進(jìn)行了深入研究,提出了帷幕樁和帷幕內(nèi)樁的劃分概念。實(shí)踐表明,利用不等長DDC灰土擠密樁對濕陷性黃土地基進(jìn)行處理,能較大幅度地提高地基承載力,消除黃土的濕陷性,節(jié)約工程造價。為濕陷性黃土地區(qū)油罐基礎(chǔ)提供了一種可行的地基處理方案。[關(guān)鍵詞]DDC灰土擠密樁;濕陷性黃土;鋼儲罐;承載力;沉降Application study on DDC lime-soil pile for large steel storage tank project in collapsible loess areaXie Huaining(School of Civil Engineering, Nanjing Institue of Technology, Nanjing 211167, China)Abstract:Based on a large steel storage tank project in collapsible loess area, deep research of reinforcement mechanism, bearing capacity and settlement calculation for the DDC lime-soil pile was done, and the concept of distinguishing curtain pile from the pile inside curtain was presented. Practice shows that the method of using different length of DDC lime-soil to treat collapsible loess can greatly improve the foundation bearing capacity, eliminate collapsibility and save construction cost.
