[摘要]相較于型鋼混凝土(SRC)巨柱,鋼管混凝土(CFT)巨柱具有極小的收縮效應(yīng)的特點,同時徐變變形也相應(yīng)偏小。以南寧東盟塔的設(shè)計實踐為例,通過進行考慮時間相關(guān)的混凝土收縮徐變的非線性施工分析,對采用不同巨柱類型的塔樓施工變形補償進行了預測。塔樓混凝土核心筒和外框柱隨時間變化的彈性變形、收縮變形和徐變變形根據(jù)GL2000收縮徐變模型進行計算。分析方法為設(shè)計團隊自行開發(fā)的程序與ETABS (2015版)相結(jié)合的形式。通過該方法,帶外伸桁架的巨柱超高層結(jié)構(gòu)的施工完畢后的核心筒及巨柱的內(nèi)力隨時間的變化趨勢被預測出來,另外,外框與核心筒之間的隨時間變化的相對變形也被計算預測出來。這些結(jié)果對采用SRC巨柱和CFT巨柱的不同結(jié)構(gòu)方案的不同構(gòu)件的加強措施提供了重要依據(jù)。

Influence of the mega column selection for 528m super tall tower considering creep and shrinkage construction analysis

Abstract:Compared with steel reinforced concrete (SRC) mega columns, concrete-filled-tube (CFT) mega columns only have minimal shrinkage effect, and creep effect is appropriately less. Per the practice as Nanning ASEAN Tower, time dependent creep and shrinkage nonlinear construction sequence analysis was studied to predict the construction deformation compensation of the tower in term of different mega column types. The time dependent elastic deformation, shrinkage deformation and creep deformation of concrete core and perimeter frame columns of the tower are calculated based on GL2000 creep and shrinkage model. The analysis is performed by combining the self-developed program of design team and ETABS V2015. The time dependent force changes at central core and mega columns after the construction completion were predicted in term of this approach, in additional, the time dependent differential shortenings between core and perimeter frame were figured out. These results are the important criteria of the different enhancement measures of structural components for the different structural system with SRC mega column and CFT column respectively.
