[摘要]首次提出了直接剪切型錨栓鋼板加固體系的概念,其技術(shù)特征在于可以消除錨栓桿與鋼板安裝孔壁之間的間隙,最大限度保證群錨的協(xié)同受力。完成了4根鋼筋混凝土試件抗彎承載力的對比試驗。試驗結(jié)果表明,所有加固試件的錨栓均未出現(xiàn)剪斷現(xiàn)象,鋼板受拉屈服,與對比試件相比受彎承載力提高120%,且加固試件具有良好的延性。

Experimental study on flexural capacity of concrete beams strengthened by direct-shear-bolted steel plate

Abstract:The concept of direct-shear-bolted steel plate strengthening system is initially proposed, in which the usually existed clearance between bolt shaft and the sidewall of hole on steel plate for installing anchors is eliminated, so that the compatibility of anchor group is secured to the extreme extent. A comparative test series of flexural capacity which consists of four reinforced concrete beam specimens was carried out. The test results show that bolts hadn′t been fractured for all strengthened specimens, tension steel plates had been yielded, flexural capacities of all strengthened specimens had been increased 120% compared with the contrast specimen, and excellent ductility for all strengthened specimens had been achieved.
