[摘要]對鋼纖維自應(yīng)力混凝土(SFRSC)加固既有混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)結(jié)合面的抗剪性能進行了研究。通過對7組Z形試件進行抗剪性能試驗和數(shù)值模擬,對比分析了不同加固情況下的結(jié)合面抗剪強度和結(jié)合面開裂后的抗剪能力,并對結(jié)合面抗剪強度、結(jié)合面開裂后的受力狀態(tài)以及結(jié)合面剪應(yīng)變分布情況進行了深入剖析。試驗結(jié)果表明:與普通新混凝土相比,SFRSC與老混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)具有良好的結(jié)合性能;在結(jié)合面構(gòu)造鋼筋約束下,SFRSC的微膨脹變形可使結(jié)合面產(chǎn)生法向預壓應(yīng)力,有利于提高結(jié)合面抗剪性能。

Research on shear behavior of bonding interface of existing concrete structure strengthened by steel fiber reinforced self-stressing concrete

Abstract:The shear behavior of bonding interface of existing concrete structures strengthened by steel fiber reinforced self-stressing concrete (SFRSC) was studied. Shear behavior test and numerical simulation of seven specimens of Z-group were conducted. The shear strength and the shear resistance of the bonding surface after cracking under different reinforcement conditions were compared and analyzed. The deep analysis of the shear strength, the stress state of the bonding surface after the cracking and the shear strain distribution were carried out. The test results show that SFRSC has good bonding performance with old concrete structure compared with ordinary new concrete. And under the constraint of constructional reinforcements, the micro-expansion deformation of the SFRSC can cause the normal pre-compression stress of the bonding surface, which is beneficial to improve the shear performance.
