[摘要]成都環(huán)球貿(mào)易廣場辦公塔樓建筑高度為280m,屬于超B級(jí)高度超限高層建筑,采用框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系,不設(shè)加強(qiáng)層。塔樓抗震性能目標(biāo)為C級(jí),采用性能化設(shè)計(jì)方法,并對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的斜柱受力、樓板缺失、樓板舒適度做了專項(xiàng)分析;采用LS-DYNA軟件對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了大震作用下的非線性動(dòng)力時(shí)程分析。結(jié)果表明,小震作用下結(jié)構(gòu)主要抗側(cè)力構(gòu)件處于彈性工作狀態(tài);大震作用下框架體系基本完好,筒體剪力墻出現(xiàn)輕微程度損傷;結(jié)構(gòu)變形滿足規(guī)范要求,結(jié)構(gòu)體系合理可行。

Structural design of the office tower of Chengdu International Commercial Centre

Abstract:The office tower of Chengdu International Commercial Centre is a 280m tall building with frame-core wall structural system. It is a super class B level height out\|of\|code concrete building without strengthening layer. The seismic performance-based design target is grade C. The performance-based design method was adopted, and the special analyses of the structural inclined column stress, floor slab loss and floor comfort were made. LS-DYNA software was adopted to analyze the nonlinear dynamic time-history under rare earthquake. The results showed that the main structural components to resist lateral force under frequent earthquake is in elastic working state, the framework system can remain basic integrity under rare earthquake, slight injures appear inside core shear wall; structural deformation can reach the code requirement. The structural system is reasonable and feasible.
