深圳灣瑞府塔樓結構設計

[摘要]深圳灣瑞府項目建筑功能為下部六星級酒店,上部高端公寓,塔樓結構高度為232-6m,采用鋼筋混凝土框架-核心筒體系。本塔樓結構設計的重難點包括:外框無角柱且平面上未設置角部斜向的連系梁;在建筑功能由酒店過渡為公寓的區(qū)域,核心筒在南北向兩側各有3-1m的收進;為了協(xié)調上部室內效果和地下室車道對空間的要求,外框柱在5層有90°旋轉。通過對結構各主要構件在水平和豎向荷載下的狀態(tài)進行細致的研究,實現(xiàn)了在7度抗震設防區(qū)、深圳灣強風荷載下200m以上高層建筑無加強層和角柱的設計,在保證結構安全性的前提下提升了整個建筑的外觀效果和使用品質。

Structural design on Shenzhen CRC Ruifu tower

Abstract:Shenzhen CRC Ruifu project is a tower with the height of 232-6m. It consists of a six-star hotel at lower part and high-end residences at the upper floors. The reinforced concrete  frame-core structure system is adopted for this high-rise building. The key and difficult points of structural design can be summarized as that no corner columns or corner link beams provided on the plane; the core is downsized in both north and south direction by 3-1m with the changing of building function from hotel to residence;  the frame columns on the 5th floor were rotated by 90° for the purpose of space requirements of the upper part and basement lane. A specific performance study of the main structure components under the horizontal and vertical loads was carried out. The structure design at the level 7 seismic zone of an over 200m high-rise building without strengthening layers and corner columns under Shenzhen CRC strong wind-loading can be achieved. This design improves the appearance and function quality of the entire building under the premise of safety.
