[摘要]寧波東部新城C3-4#地塊主塔樓的建筑高度為448-2m,結(jié)構(gòu)高度約420-3m,采用帶伸臂桁架的框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系。主塔樓為鼓形建筑,為滿足建筑造型和建筑功能的要求,全部樓層的外框柱均采用斜柱,52~54層的核心筒通過設(shè)置4片斜墻實(shí)現(xiàn)收進(jìn),所有3道伸臂桁架以外包混凝土內(nèi)墻的形式穿過核心筒,部份外框柱進(jìn)行高位轉(zhuǎn)換,轉(zhuǎn)角位置設(shè)置了折形環(huán)桁架和外框梁。簡述了主塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)體系、主要性能指標(biāo)、關(guān)鍵部位和基礎(chǔ)的設(shè)計(jì)情況?;谥魉堑莫?dú)特布置和結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件受力特點(diǎn),設(shè)定合理的抗震性能目標(biāo),進(jìn)行全面而詳實(shí)的計(jì)算和分析,采取了針對性的加強(qiáng)措施,保證結(jié)構(gòu)安全、可靠和耐久性。

Structural design of a main tower in Ningbo Eastern New Town

Abstract:Located in Ningbo Eastern New Town C3-4# Land, the main tower is about 448-2m tall and the main roof is on the level of 420-3m. The main tower adopts the structural system of frame-corewall with three outriggers. With the shape of a drum, the super high-rise building utilized many bold structural layouts to meet the requirements of architectural shape and function. All the outer frame columns are inclined and 4 slices of inclined walls are used to downscale the core of the 52nd to 54th stories. All three outriggers pass through the core with the steel plates pasted on both sides of the inner walls. Some steel columns are seated on the transfer trusses, curved ring trusses and steel beams are used as key members of the frame. It is described that the structural system, main performance index and the design of key members, joints and foundation of the tower. Based on the unique structural layouts and mechanical characteristics of the members, reasonable seismic performance targets were proposed. Detailed calculation, analysis and the corresponding strengthening measures were conducted to ensure the safety, reliability and durability of the building.
