[摘要]從城市韌性和建筑抗震韌性兩個(gè)層面對(duì)韌性的概念進(jìn)行了介紹,通過對(duì)基于規(guī)范的抗震設(shè)計(jì)、基于性能的抗震設(shè)計(jì)和基于韌性的抗震設(shè)計(jì)這三種抗震設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行的比較分析,闡述了傳統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方法的局限性和基于韌性的抗震設(shè)計(jì)方法的優(yōu)越性。最后,介紹了奧雅納公司主導(dǎo)開發(fā)的建筑抗震韌性評(píng)價(jià)體系REDiTM以及其在美國舊金山市的實(shí)際工程項(xiàng)目中的應(yīng)用情況。

Resilience-based seismic performance concept, assessment methodology and engineering application

Abstract:The concept of city resilience and building seismic resilience was introduced. Based on the comparative analysis of code-based, performance-based and resilience-based seismic design method, limitations in traditional seismic design procedures were identified. Resilience-based seismic design is considered as a more meaningful and useful seismic design, planning and assessment approach. For its implementation, ARUP created the Resilience-based Earthquake Design Initiative (REDiTM) Rating System. The REDiTM framework and its engineering application were introduced.
