[摘要]傳統(tǒng)夯土墻具有就地取材,制作技術(shù)簡(jiǎn)單,造價(jià)低廉,以及無(wú)可比擬的可再生環(huán)保性等優(yōu)越性能;但存在抗壓強(qiáng)度低,容易出現(xiàn)裂縫等缺點(diǎn)。為改善傳統(tǒng)夯土墻的受力性能的不足,提出了在夯土中加入聚丙烯纖維、碎石和土工格柵的復(fù)合改性方案。為驗(yàn)證該改性方案的合理性,以及尋求上述摻料的最優(yōu)摻量,進(jìn)行了系列改性夯土試樣的抗壓性能試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,在夯土中加入合適摻量的聚丙烯纖維、碎石和土工格柵,可以有效地提高夯土的抗壓、抗裂性能;其中又以加入1%(質(zhì)量比)聚丙烯纖維、5%(質(zhì)量比)不同粒徑碎石組合(粒徑小于5mm碎石、10mm碎石和15mm碎石質(zhì)量比為1:1:1)和土工格柵的夯土改性方案最優(yōu)。該改性方案可有效提高夯土墻體的抗壓承載力和抗裂性能。

Compression test study on modification rammed earth with polypropylene fiber, gravel and geogrid

Abstract:The traditional rammed earth wall has the superior performance of easily obtained local raw materials, simple fabricated process, low cost, environmental protection and renewability, ect. But it also has the disadvantages of low compressive strength, easy to crack and so on. In order to improve the disadvantages in mechanical properties of rammed earth wall, the composite modification scheme was put forward to add polypropylene fiber, gravel and geogrid into rammed earth. To validate the feasibility of the modified method and obtain the optimal dosage of admixture, a series of compression tests were done for modified rammed earth specimens. The test results show that adding moderate dosage of polypropylene fiber, gravel and geogrid can effectively improve the compressive strength and crack resistance of rammed earth; and the rammed earth with adding 1% (mass ratio) polypropylene fiber, 5% different particle size grave combinations (mass ratio) (grain size< 5mm,10mm and 15mm gravels with mass ratio of 1∶1∶1) and geogrid is the optimal scheme. The composite modification scheme could improve the bearing capacity and crack resistance capability of the rammed earth wall.
