［摘要］針對我國新農(nóng)村建設(shè)和抗震救災(zāi)、農(nóng)房重建加固改造工作中缺乏能夠反映農(nóng)村民居現(xiàn)狀基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)的問題，在全國19個省、市、自治區(qū)的68個行政村開展村鎮(zhèn)建筑抗震性能的調(diào)研。根據(jù)調(diào)研資料，分析我國村鎮(zhèn)既有砌體結(jié)構(gòu)民居建筑抗震性能現(xiàn)狀，給出一些統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)，指出村鎮(zhèn)砌體結(jié)構(gòu)房屋在抗震設(shè)計(jì)、構(gòu)造、施工中存在的問題，并剖析其原因，提出一些提高村鎮(zhèn)砌體結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能的措施，為村鎮(zhèn)民居建筑的建設(shè)、加固改造工作提供參考。

Existing research on seismic behavior of masonry structure in village buildings

Abstract:With regard to being lack of basic data for the status of the rural residential areas in the work of new rural construction and rebuilding, reinforcing or earthquake rescuing of rural houses, research of seismic performance about village and town buildings was conducted. Based on research statistics and figures of 68 administrative villages in national 19 provinces, cities or autonomous regions, seismic behavior of the existing country masonry buildings was discussed, the cause of problems in rural masonry structural design and construction was analyzed, and some measures to improve the seismic performance were pointed out. It can be reference for the construction and reinforcement of village and town buildings.
