［摘要］分析了新型Q值回彈儀與普通R值回彈儀工作原理的區(qū)別及其各自的檢測(cè)精度；給出了Q值回彈儀與R值回彈儀水平向檢測(cè)混凝土澆筑側(cè)面及豎直向上檢測(cè)混凝土澆筑底面2種工況下回彈值間的轉(zhuǎn)換公式，并將轉(zhuǎn)換公式與國(guó)內(nèi)、外相關(guān)研究成果進(jìn)行比較；采用最小二乘法對(duì)高強(qiáng)混凝土標(biāo)準(zhǔn)立方體試件的試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行回歸擬合，建立了Q值回彈儀檢測(cè)高強(qiáng)混凝土測(cè)強(qiáng)曲線公式，并將該公式的測(cè)強(qiáng)曲線與文獻(xiàn)中現(xiàn)有測(cè)強(qiáng)曲線進(jìn)行比較。研究結(jié)果可供結(jié)構(gòu)混凝土強(qiáng)度質(zhì)量檢測(cè)與控制參考。

Study on rebound value conversion formula of resiliometer based on different working principles and  high strength concrete strength test curve

Abstract:The difference between the working principle of the new Q value resiliometer and the general R value resiliometer and their respective detection precision were analyzed. The conversion formulas of rebound values between the two working conditions of concrete pouring lateral side in the horizontal direction and the concrete pouring bottom side in the vertical direction were given for the Q value resiliometer and the R value resiliometer. The conversion formulas were also compared with the relevant research results at home and abroad. The test data of high strength concrete standard cube specimen were regressed by the least square method, and the formula of strength measuring curve of high strength concrete was established for Q value resiliometer, and the strength measuring curve of the formula was compared with the existing strength measuring curve in the literature. The research results can be used for reference for strength quality inspection and control of structural concrete.
