[摘要]濱海文化中心圖書館為大跨度連體結(jié)構(gòu),采用組合鋼框架-支撐結(jié)構(gòu)體系。結(jié)構(gòu)5,6層采用貫通兩層的54m跨度的鋼桁架相連,該桁架跨度大、受荷重,為結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)鍵部位。大跨度桁架與單柱連接的隔板貫通節(jié)點(diǎn)、大跨度桁架與組合柱連接的隔板貫通節(jié)點(diǎn)、兩層桁架連接節(jié)點(diǎn)構(gòu)造復(fù)雜,焊縫較多且板厚較大,為結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)。根據(jù)MIDAS Gen軟件計(jì)算結(jié)果提取節(jié)點(diǎn)相連桿件中震下桿端內(nèi)力,采用ABAQUS有限元軟件對(duì)三處關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行非線性分析。結(jié)果表明,三處節(jié)點(diǎn)局部存在應(yīng)力集中現(xiàn)象,總體可以滿足中震彈性的抗震設(shè)防目標(biāo)。

Research and analysis on key connections of Library in Binhai Cultural Center

Abstract:Library in Binhai Cultural Center is a large-span connected structure with composite steel frame-brace structural system. The 54m-span steel truss through the fifth and sixth layer is used to connect the two layers, and the truss has large span and bears heavy loads, which is the key part of the structure. The diaphragm-through connections between large-span truss and single column, the diaphragm-through connections between truss and composite column and the connections of the two-layer truss are the key connections of the structure and they are complex structures with many welding joints and thick steel plates. The internal force of rod end was extracted under fortification earthquake by using MIDAS Gen software, and the finite element software ABAQUS was used to analyze the three key connections considering nonlinearity. The results show that the three connections have local stress concentration phenomenon, and they can fulfill seismic fortification goal of elastic under fortification earthquake.
