[摘要]北京通州運河核心區(qū)B02塔樓采用部分框支剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系,利用設(shè)備層作為結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換層,將上部不落地剪力墻的荷載傳遞到周邊豎向抗側(cè)力構(gòu)件?;诟拍钤O(shè)計,設(shè)定結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能目標;并進行了小震彈性和大震彈塑性分析,確保了結(jié)構(gòu)方案的安全合理。彈塑性時程分析表明,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計達到了設(shè)定的性能目標。

Structural design for B02 ultra-limit high-rise building in Beijing Tongzhou canal core area

Abstract:Partial frame-supported shear wall structure system is adapted in B02 high-rising building of Beijing Tongzhou canal core area, the equipment story is used as structural transfer story, the load of shear wall of upper story is transferred into the surrounding anti-lateral force components. Based on the conceptual design, the seismic performance targets of the structure were determined, while elastic analysis under frequent earthquakes and elastic-plastic analysis under severe earthquakes were carried out to ensure the safety. Elastic-plastic time history analysis indicats that the structure design reaches the performance targets.
