合肥某超限高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

[摘要]合肥某辦公樓為結(jié)構(gòu)高度205-250m的超限高層建筑,采用附帶加強(qiáng)環(huán)帶桁架的框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系。結(jié)構(gòu)存在高度超限、扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、樓板大開(kāi)洞、斜柱內(nèi)收、豎向構(gòu)件間斷等不規(guī)則情況。利用SATWE及MIDAS對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行整體計(jì)算和彈性時(shí)程分析,采用MIDAS對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行動(dòng)力彈塑性時(shí)程分析,采用ABAQUS對(duì)躍層柱進(jìn)行屈曲分析。分析結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均滿足規(guī)范相關(guān)要求。最后通過(guò)概念設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)關(guān)鍵和重要構(gòu)件適當(dāng)加強(qiáng),使結(jié)構(gòu)滿足各項(xiàng)抗震性能目標(biāo)。

Structural design of a super high-rise building in Hefei

Abstract:An office building located at Hefei is a super high-raise building with  height of 205-250 meters. The frame-core wall structure with reinforced ring truss is adopted for the structure. The structure has irregularities such as height exceeding limit, torsion irregularity, large opening in the floor, slanted column adduction, vertical component interruption, etc.Programs of SATWE and MIDAS were used to perform the integral calculation and elastic time history analysis on the structure. The program of MIDAS was used to perform dynamic elasto-plastic time history analysis, and the buckling analysis of skip-floor column was performed by  using the program ABAQUS. The analysis results show that all the indices of the structure can meet the relevant specification requirements. Finally,key and important construction members were strengthened via concept design to ensure that they meet the goal of preset seismic performance objectives.
