[摘要]為減小翼緣螺栓孔對(duì)鋁合金板式節(jié)點(diǎn)抗拉和抗彎承載性能的削弱作用,提高設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)力比,研究角鋁加固法對(duì)鋁合金板式節(jié)點(diǎn)承載力、剛度及承載機(jī)理的影響,對(duì)上海某項(xiàng)目鋁合金屋蓋中兩種典型工程足尺節(jié)點(diǎn),進(jìn)行了角鋁加固設(shè)計(jì),在通用有限元軟件ABAQUS中建立實(shí)體模型,對(duì)加固后的節(jié)點(diǎn)試件在軸拉及純彎受力狀態(tài)下的靜力性能進(jìn)行了有限元分析,驗(yàn)證角鋁加固法的有效性;對(duì)角鋁加固件的幾何參數(shù)進(jìn)行參數(shù)分析,找到影響加固效果的關(guān)鍵參數(shù),對(duì)加固件進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。

Angle aluminum reinforcing design and analysis of aluminum alloy gusset joints

Abstract:In order to reduce weakening effect of flexural and tensile loading capacity of aluminum alloy gusset joints caused by cut-outs on the flange and increase design stress ratio, studies were conducted on angle aluminum reinforcing design method of aluminum alloy gusset joints and its influence on capacity, rigidity and bearing mechanism of the joints. The angle aluminum reinforcing design method was used in the reinforcing design of two kinds of typical full-scale aluminum alloy gusset joints in one project in Shanghai. Finite element model was established in ABAQUS and numerical calculation of mechanical property of the reinforced joints under flexural and tensile load was conducted which verified the effectiveness and applicability of the angle aluminum reinforcing design method. Parameter analysis of angle aluminum reinforcing member showed the key parameter which could be used as the basis of optimal design.
