[摘要]郫縣體育中心屋蓋采用了鋁合金單層網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)。主要介紹了該工程屋蓋的結(jié)構(gòu)選型,通過有限元軟件對鋁合金單層網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了靜力和整體穩(wěn)定性分析,并且將網(wǎng)殼與下部混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)組裝,分析了下部結(jié)構(gòu)對網(wǎng)殼受力的影響;同時通過實(shí)體有限元模型對節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)承載力和剛度進(jìn)行了分析。計(jì)算表明,鋁合金單層網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)主要由整體穩(wěn)定性控制,節(jié)點(diǎn)強(qiáng)度及剛度均滿足要求,分析結(jié)果可為同類結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。

Structural design on aluminum alloy single-layer latticed shell of roof for  sports center in Pi County

Abstract:The roof of sports center in Pi County adopts aluminum alloy single-layer latticed shell structure. The structural selection of the roof was mainly introduced. The static and integral stability analysis of the aluminum alloy single-layer latticed shell was carried out by the finite element software, and the latticed shell and the lower concrete structure were assembled to analyze the influence of the substructure on the mechanism of the latticed shell. At the same time, the bearing capacity and stiffness of the joints were analyzed by solid finite element model. The calculation shows that the aluminum alloy single-layer latticed shell structure is mainly controlled by the overall stability, and the strength and stiffness of the joint can meet the requirements. The analysis results can provide reference for the design of the same kind of structure.
