[摘要]南京牛首山文化旅游區(qū)佛頂宮小穹頂下部主體結(jié)構(gòu)采用鋼筋混凝土框架,屋蓋采用大跨空間單層鋁合金網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu),屋蓋形狀為橢球體。應(yīng)建筑功能要求,屋蓋劃分為相互獨(dú)立的內(nèi)外層網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)體系,內(nèi)外層網(wǎng)殼分別采用鉸接支座支承于下部鋼筋混凝土環(huán)梁上。重點(diǎn)闡述小穹頂外層網(wǎng)殼的設(shè)計(jì),采用ANSYS有限元軟件對(duì)單層鋁合金網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)以及整體結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算分析,并采用ABAQUS有限元軟件分析鋁合金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)節(jié)點(diǎn)受力。計(jì)算結(jié)果均滿足要求,分析結(jié)果可為單層鋁合金網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)提供借鑒。

Structural design on long-span space single-layer aluminum shell of the roof of Fo Ding Palace small dome in Nanjing Niushoushan Culture and Tourism Zone

Abstract:The lower structure of Fo Ding Palace small dome in Nanjing Niushoushan Culture and Tourism Zone is reinforced concrete frame, the roof is long-span space single-layer aluminum shell structure, the roof shape is an ellipsoid. The roof is divided into independent inner and outer shell structures according to building requirements, inner and outer shell are  supported on the lower reinforced concrete ring beams by means of articulated supports, respectively. The design of the outer shell of the small dome was focused, the finite element software ANSYS was used to analyze the single-layer aluminum shell  structure and the whole structure, and the finite element software ABAQUS was used to analyze the aluminum standard node。 The calculation results meet the requirements, which provides a reference for the design of single-layer aluminum shell structure.
