[摘要]南京牛首山文化旅游區(qū)佛頂宮大穹頂屋蓋部分因其多曲不規(guī)則的建筑造型,采用了大跨空間鋁合金網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)體系,并采用鋼結(jié)構(gòu)樹狀柱作為整個(gè)穹頂?shù)闹饕С胁糠帧8鶕?jù)當(dāng)?shù)氐牡乩項(xiàng)l件對各項(xiàng)設(shè)計(jì)基本參數(shù)進(jìn)行取值,并結(jié)合風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn),對風(fēng)荷載的取值加以修正。采用ANSYS軟件進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)整體設(shè)計(jì)分析,同時(shí)進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性分析,采用鋁合金結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)件校核軟件進(jìn)行構(gòu)件的截面設(shè)計(jì)。分析結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)具有可靠安全的受力性能。

Structural design on large-span space freedom surface aluminum shell of the roof of Fo Ding Palace large dome in Nanjing Niushoushan Culture and Tourism Zone

Abstract:The large-span space aluminum shell structure was used in the roof of Fo Ding Palace large dome in Nanjing Niushoushan Culture and Tourism Zone due to the irregular architectural shape, and steel tree columns were used as the main supporting part. The basic parameters of the design were taken as values according to the local geographical conditions, and the value of wind load was corrected with the wind tunnel test. The ANSYS software was used to analyze the overall structure of the structure and analyze the structural stability at the same time, and finally the members were checked by aluminum structural software. The analysis results show that the structure has reliable and safe stress performance.
